Our practice is open Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Later appointments are made on an individualized basis. If we are participating in your insurance plan, we will accept payment from them for your visit. All co-payments and deductibles must, by law, be collected on the day of your visit. There can be no billing for co-payments or deductibles. Our office requires 2 days notice for cancellation. Failure to cancel will result in a cancellation fee. This fee is not reimbursable by your insurance. By law, all patients must have government issued photo ID in order to process your insurance claim.
After Hours Emergencies
For matters that cannot wait, you may call the office and reach Dr. Laakso. For a medical emergency, dial 911 or go to your nearest hospital or emergency department.
